In connection with Vendée Globe, a round-the-world single-handed, non-stop without assistance yacht race we represented a world renowned sailing team. We have obtained numerous settlements, awards and verdicts for persons seriously injured in all types of accidents. We have advised Polish Chamber of Commerce, have represented start-ups and well established companies - internet auction house, armed international maritime security company, international developers and contractors, a yachtbuilder, marine spedition company, large game/software house and a multi-jurisdictional high-level investor in relation to various international legal matters, including asset management and taxation. We advised one of the Polish National Sport Teams and assisted in an international project of state run not-for profit foundation.

We took part in securing restitution of real property nationalized after World War II. We have advised and represented world-renowned art gallery and numerous artists and art dealers in international art and performance related affairs. We counseled individual clientele in international trusts and estates proceedings of high value. We have drafted and reviewed agreements and contracts and litigated cases pertaining to large construction and development projects.
